2017 was a busy year with
our CS448 Isolated High Voltage Oscilloscope being released at Nuremberg in May. We have had
difficulty keeping up with demand ever since. Interest has been strong with a
number of universities and research companies finding it an attractive
acquisition.
We
have just released the latest multi-channel software which also
includes FRA capability. This works with multiple units of either CS328A or
CS448.
Here
is the new control panel –
We set
up the CS448 to look at the TI TPS55340 5V output supply loaded with 2.5A.
Autotable was used with a 5mV response goal.
The
Gain/Phase response is:
The
Phase margin is 57.78deg at 7136 Hz. The Gain Margin is 12.75 db at 26982
Hz.
The
scope graph was automatically set to capture the 5V rail:
We
can see the pretty good resolution.
