Energy should only be called
"green" if the technology powering its generation and distribution is
properly repaired not replaced. Too much #Ewaste is still generated by solar and wind power
organisations that throw away circuit boards used in converters, inverters, and
rectifiers, among others, rather than developing the capabilities to test,
diagnose and repair them close to the point of use.
