Brand Advocates
I'm reading Rob Fugetta's "Brand Avocates", which suggests that a company's best marketing is accomplished by its most loyal and passionate customers - used to called "word of mouth". Five ways suggested to create such advocates: provide notably great, recommendable products; deliver memorable service; focus on 'good' profits (no price gouging); do the right thing, even when it costs you money; have a social conscience.
I think at Saelig we're on the right track ...
