Summertime is here and I hope that for you things can slow down a bit as you relax and enjoy quality time with friends and family. It might also be a time to reassess how the year is going and what could be changed to improve it. Recently, I went to a seminar where the presenter from a local “Great Places To Work” company mentioned that their new hires are issued with (among other essentials) a Squirt Gun. This is to be used in meetings when colleagues say anything negative about an idea or person. My aim is to make Saelig the best place to work and we haven’t needed a Squirt Gun here yet!
